Rain Garden
Rain gardens are beneficial to the environment. They catch and store rainwater from your property, reduce flooding, reducing the need for irrigation, and creating a habitat for beneficial insects.
Gordon Head Rd.
Submitted a design I felt would best accentuate the features of the home and the style of the owners.
Bonnieview Place
A gentle stream originating from an elevated area adjacent to the deck fed into a lower pond by way of a double waterfall.
Ferndale Ave.
Contracted to install a complete finished landscape over the entire property in preparation for a home wedding.
Tudor Ave.

“There’s quite a difference between puttering in your garden, putting in a few plants here and there. Then there’s working with a landscaper like Brian Mitchell. Brian started by asking me about colour, purpose of placement of trees (to hide neighbour views) and other uses of the yard. He showed me photos of plants and trees, and we decided what would go well together. I felt a part of the process.
He then put together a drawing plan of how it would go together. To that point, I think it made all the difference. Once this was done, he was able to put the garden and paths together rather quickly, and I’m very pleased with the results. I will enjoy watching the garden grow and develop over the years and don’t anticipate having to change much in the design. Brian constantly educated me about plant care and planting as he went along, so the education and fun was a bonus. I highly recommend Brian Mitchell Landscaping. Brian is a joy to work with.” Joan Foster, Sidney B.C.
